Today I am grateful for clean water to drink, cook with, and (most importantly) to make coffee!
It’s something we tend to take for granted…until you don’t have it. You don’t have to live in a third world country to experience poor drinking water conditions, either. Water-borne illnesses affect as many as 30 million people in the US every year. Do you know anyone from Flint, Michigan?
Even when temporary, any time we have a loss of drinking water it reminds me that I’m grateful that I don’t have that added stress.
Day 27 of March of Gratitude – I’m grateful for access to clean water.
