There are three reasons I’m really glad there are tons of online wine shopping options:

– You can pick nearly anything you want, regardless of what in your local wine sources (although I still advocate shopping locally when possible).

– Getting wine delivered to your door is increasingly more necessary these days…

– Bottles usually show up with some cardboard dust on them and it makes me feel like I just pulled something special from my cellar. Fancy!

Seriously, Vivino, Winc, Thrive Market wines, Laithwaites, and others help make our wine “cellar” much more accessible. Especially since we’re looking for organic, biodynamic, sustainable, and nothing-added wines. Finding those in a store can be pretty hard or near impossible.
