Starting tomorrow (March 1st, 2019), I’m going to post something I am grateful for, every day, for the entire month of March.
I’m calling it “March Of Gratitude.”
Many studies have shown that people with higher levels of gratitude are not only “happier” but (this is key) are physically and mentally healthier, not to mention having better relationships and higher performance(s) at work. Plus, when individuals have invested in finding and displaying gratitude, they experience significant reductions in stress and stress-related physical ailments – blood pressure, heart rate, cortisol levels, and more. There’s even evidence that increased positivity can help prevent your chances of getting a cold – yes, that’s real.
So, join me (or watch along) as I really dig deep into finding #Gratitude in all areas of my life.
