Remember when this was supposed to be embarrassing?
Feels like at least half the meetings I’m in this week have one or more of these situations. And I think it’s great.
Maybe it should be called “Physical Distancing” – I’m more socially connected to my coworkers than I’ve ever been!
I’ve met their dogs.
I’ve met their kids.
I’ve met their spouses.
I’ve met their non biz-casual clothing choices.
I’ve met their home decorating habits…
And we’ve all given a lot of grace to each other.
It’s almost like the real version of people is getting shown….And I think it’s great.
PS – Anyone got any funny (but SFWFM*) stories to share?
