You can pretty much rely on anything in the Dr. Bronner’s product lineup to be chemical free (if there are any exceptions, we have not found them yet).  Just about any DIY-er is going to have a bottle or many of the liquid castile soap for making shampoos, soaps, detergents, cleaning products, and more.  The quality and trustworthiness are really second to none.

Dr. Bronner’s bar soaps are no exception.  Lavender is Marshall’s favorite, with Peppermint coming in as a close second.  All of the “flavored” soaps are made with quality essential oils, not synthetic flavors or chemicals, so you get the that particular oil’s uses as an added benefit.

Lavender, in particular, has incredible benefits for the skin, so it’s great for all types and especially sensitive skin.  The peppermint bar soap has really nice cooling and awakening effects, not to mention the smell being quite nice.

Plus, if you like reading, then Dr. Bronner’s products are perfect for you. Every package is full of, well, interesting writings, sayings, quips, maxims, and more. Seriously, some packages may take 15 minutes to read everything that’s printed on them. But, it’s all very positive and (attempting to be) uplifting.
